Mar 17 2010	Church Council Minutes Copy of the last Church Council Minutes can be found in the magazine rack if you wish to read them. Please return them when finished with.
Mar 29 2010	Church Prayer Book Please add any concerns/thanks you would like included in prayers on Sunday mornings in our prayer book just inside the door of the church. Please write clearly. The steward on duty will give the book to the preacher shortly before the start of the service.
Jul 4 2010	Christmas Cares Shoeboxes Donations of items such as Toiletries, Stationery, Toys, etc. are needed for the shoeboxes, please let Linda or Margaret have any donations. If you are going into town Poundland have 5 tennis balls for a pound (which is very good value) and if we get enough we hope to put at least one ball in each box. Also Margaret Collins still needs double knitting wool (for hats / mittens) and any type of colourful wrapping paper to wrap the boxes, also, if you can offer to wrap some boxes as they come in then let Margaret know.
Jul 4 2010	Hall Lettings If you hear of anyone wanting to hire premises for a party / meeting, etc. please promote our hall for all day Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Alan is in charge of bookings so feel free to give them his telephone number or email address.
Jul 4 2010	Purpose Driven Life Study Group An exciting opportunity to study further some of the issues covered in the book we used for our recent preaching series. Come and discuss questions that the series brought up for you. Spend some time looking at the purpose of our lives. Just one more week for your to join with this Study Group, on Wednesday next, 7th July. Let Wendy know if there is anything in particular you would like to discuss or click the "Enquiries" button on the left.
Jul 4 2010	Revised Arrangements for August Services The following amendments to our August Services have been made bearing in mind that both our's and St. Andrew's congregations will be depleted due to holidays. 1st August: David Gray will still be our preacher, and St. Andrew's congregation has been invited to join us. 8th August: No service here, instead we are invited to St. Andrew's when David will be preaching. 15th August: Service here - preacher as planned. 22nd August: No service here, but we are invited to St. Andrew's. David will be the preacher. 29th August: No Service here, but again we are invited to St. Andrew's, when Kate Trowbridge will be the preacher.
Jul 4 2010	Sunday Refreshments At our Church AGM it was agreed reluctantly that as from today a dish would be put on the hatch for donations towards after service refreshments to help cover costs.
Jul 4 2010	Prayer Booklet Jane Foster has put together a Prayer Booklet to help us in our personal prayers. Copies are available on the bookcase but if none are left please see Jane and she will be pleased to give you one.
