Hall for Hire
We have a large hall available for hire for a one off event / family party or for a regular activities each day of the week except for Sunday.
We have had a pre-school, music for children, clinics, children's parties, baby showers in fact, many different groups of people using our premises over the years.
As the premises are owned by the Methodist Church, it is strictly forbidden to have any alcohol consumed inside the building or on the church grounds. The premises and outside the main entrance doors is a non smoking zone. The building is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Tables and chairs can be used depending on what you are looking to set up
The main hall is 11 metres by 8 metres and has a maximum height of 3.5 metres.
There is a car park available for use while the hall is being hired.
The kitchen is well equipped for serving refreshments.
We have male, female and disabled toilet facilities including a baby changing unit. Gas heating and on demand hot water.
The hourly rental cost to include all of the above is £19.00.
However, there is a utilities surcharge applied during the winter months (October to April) if heating is required.

Payments are made just in advance of your event by direct deposit into the church bank account, thereby negating the need to process cash or cheques.
The hall is available for children's parties on a Saturday (any time). We are not taking bookings on a Sunday.

Please give us a couple of weeks notice for all bookings as we need to arrange for the hall to be unlocked and locked up afterwards.
